Sam Nickle, Esq.
Sam is an Associate with Ferrone Law Group specializing in the representation of First Responders in Workers’ Compensation. Sam provides a diverse range of legal experience ranging from housing disputes to resentencing pleas. Sam’s client-driven approach to advocacy tactfully combines legal knowledge and interpersonal support to assist clients navigate the legal system.
Sam’s legal experience demonstrates his dedication to serving those in need. Prior to joining the firm, he used the Racial Justice Act to seek justice for individuals who have been negatively impacted by racial bias within the legal system. He has also used his legal knowledge to assist numerous indigent clients to resolve housing disputes through the Eviction Defense Collaborative in San Francisco.
Sam graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law. While there, he was a part of a variety of law student associations including the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, the Public Interest Law Foundation, the Labor and Employment Law Student Association, and the Law and Political Economy Society.
Prior to law school, Sam received a Master of Science degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University. He also achieved his Bachelor of Arts in Global Affairs with a minor in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason.
