Bob Graswich, Esq.
Bob Graswich brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Ferrone Law Group (FLG). He is a trusted and zealous advocate for injured workers up and down the State. Mr. Graswich specializes in both Workers’ Compensation and Employment Litigation for Public Safety members and First Responders. His skilled and methodical approach throughout the legal process and at trial has netted valuable wins for his clients. He has successfully tried virtually every sort of case on behalf of Public Safety, but has had particular success with cases involving custodial duties, heart disease presumptions, and adjustments to client awards.
Prior to joining FLG, Bob assisted the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, prosecuting violent felonies and property crimes. In his free time, he has volunteered at the California Franchise Tax Board, Tax Appeals Assistance Program, helping the taxpayers—Californians—solve complex tax problems they encounter. Bob previously studied abroad at the University of Edinburgh, where he worked in the Scottish Parliament. He graduated from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where he was president of the Criminal Law Society. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from UC Berkeley.
