Kylie Coleman specializes in representing public safety members in administrative and employment matters. As a skilled advocate, Ms. Coleman represents members through the administrative investigative and disciplinary process ensuring that her clients’ rights are respected and maintained. She is an expert in both the Public Safety Officers Procedural Bill of Rights Act (POBR) as well as the Firefighters Procedural Bill of Rights Act (FBOR) Ms. Coleman has had great success in defending First Responders in interrogations and interviews, and when necessary, successfully challenging, and overturning discipline through Skelly hearings, arbitration, or Civil Service Hearings. She has developed and cultivated a personalized approach to every unique case, delivering solutions and results at a high level.
Aside from being a highly sought after Legal Defense Fund attorney, Ms. Coleman supports the Ferrone Law Group (FLG) by representing associations and members in grievances and other workplace disputes. She is also a member of the FLG 24-Hour OIS/Critical Incident Response Team, who respond to the scene at all hours of the day to represent members in critical events.
Kylie grew up in Orange County, California, and graduated from Boise State University with a bachelor’s in political science with an emphasis in American Public Policy and Governmental Affairs, a minor in Communications and a Certificate in Leadership and Human Relations. Kylie received her law degree from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law in Orange, California.
