ATTORNEY
Bob Graswich, Esq.
Bob Graswich represents injured workers throughout California, with a practice focused on workers’ compensation and employment litigation involving public safety employees and first responders. At Ferrone Law Group (FLG), Bob represents law enforcement officers, correctional employees, firefighters, and other public safety professionals in matters ranging from the initial development of a claim through discovery, medical-legal disputes, settlement negotiations, and trial.
Bob’s workers’ compensation practice includes complex claims involving heart conditions, cancer, orthopedic injuries, and occupational diseases such as Valley Fever. His approach emphasizes careful preparation, development of the medical and factual record, and close attention to the legal issues affecting each client’s claim.
Bob developed significant courtroom experience before entering private practice. Prior to joining FLG, he served as a Certified Law Student with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. There, he acted as second chair in jury and bench trials, and prosecuted felony preliminary hearings involving violent offenses, criminal threats, unlawful firearm possession, stolen vehicles, trespassing, and narcotics offenses.
Bob’s interest in government and public service extends beyond his legal practice. During law school, Bob participated in the California Franchise Tax Board’s Tax Appeals Assistance Program, where he assisted California taxpayers with state tax disputes. While studying abroad at the University of Edinburgh, he served as an intern for a Member of the Scottish Parliament representing the Angus North and Mearns constituency.
Bob earned his Juris Doctor from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where he served as President of the Criminal Law Society. He received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
