Deborah Arata

Deborah joined Ferrone Law Group in 2022 as Director of HR Operations, where she leads a broad range of human resources initiatives, including Employee Relations, Payroll, HR Policies and Procedures, Conflict Management, Employment and Labor Law and Benefits.

Prior to joining Ferrone Law Group, she has focused her 25-year career in Human Resources in Entertainment, Aviation, Banking, and the Healthcare fields.

She continues to demonstrate strong leadership by cultivating a positive and collaborative workplace culture, empowering employees to grow, excel, and reach their full potential while driving the organization toward continued success.
