ATTORNEY

Michael Neaderbaomer, Esq.

Michael is an Associate with Ferrone Law Group (FLG) in the Brea Office who has been successfully representing peace officers, correctional officers, fire personnel and other public safety employees in disciplinary issues, internal affairs investigations, administrative actions, appeals, POST licenses, EMSA licenses, and critical incidents, such as officer involved shootings.

Michael brings significant depth and wide-ranging experience to FLG after retiring with over 30 years of law enforcement experience in California. He has previously represented peace officers as a labor union representative in disciplinary matters and has also worked as an investigator in Internal Affairs. His knowledge regarding discipline is diverse and far reaching with a multi-faceted customized approach to help identify the needs, career goals and expectations of the client based upon the current organizational, political and employer landscape.

Michael previously worked for eleven years as a staff attorney with Lexipol LLC where he wrote training bulletins and policies/procedures for law enforcement agencies across the country. His knowledge regarding use of force issues is extensive based upon sixteen years of experience as a self-defense, baton and firearms instructor with ten years of SWAT. He is also a combat veteran of the U.S. Army Special Operations Command, California National Guard and honor graduate of the U.S. Army sniper school.

Michael earned his law degree from the University of La Verne College of Law where he has been admitted to practice law since 2005. He was part of the student law review with a published article on random drug testing of students in public schools. He also received several awards for national moot court competitions including second place oralist.

Mr. Neaderbaomer intimately understands the lopsided and special nature when employees are targeted for allegations of misconduct based upon selective enforcement of certain policies and procedures that are applied on an inconsistent basis. Being falsely accused or overly prosecuted by your own employer is a frustrating, difficult and stressful experience that Michael can assist you in navigating with the goal of having a successful outcome and your voice being heard.
