Zachary W. Tomlinson, Esq.

Zachary W. Tomlinson is a Senior Associate with Ferrone Law Group, representing first responders throughout California. His practice focuses on complex injury litigation, including workers’ compensation, personal injury, employment matters, and disability retirement. He is a frequent keynote speaker on complex cardiovascular conditions and the legal issues that arise when occupational and personal conditions intersect.

Zak has recovered tens of millions of dollars for first responders and their families. Outside the courtroom, he works with the California Legislature to pass legislation that strengthens rights and benefits for our first responders.

Before joining Ferrone Law Group, Zak worked in private equity, criminal defense, and with a sports agency representing UFC fighters. He graduated in the top 10% of his class from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law and earned membership to the Order of the Coif. Before law school, he was a collegiate quarterback at the University of La Verne, where he graduated early with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.
